Deborah Rush

Deborah Rush's impressive career demonstrates her ability at adeptly maneuvering between comic and dramatic roles, with a lengthy list of motion picture, television and stage credits amassed during her more than two decades in the entertainment industry.

Most recently, Rush was seen opposite Jennifer Aniston in the critically acclaimed The Good Girl and in Joel Schumacher's Bad Company, opposite Anthony Hopkins and Chris Rock. Previous to that were roles in Three to Tango, starring Matthew Perry, Neve Campbell, Dylan McDermott; Nora Ephron's hit You've Got Mail, starring Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan; and the blockbuster comedy In & Out, starring Kevin Kline. Additional feature film credits include Reckless, Passed Away, My Blue Heaven, Family Business, She-Devil, Big Business, Compromising Positions, Purple Rose of Cairo, Zelig, 10 and Heaven.

Her list of numerous lead and guest-starring roles on television includes Madigan Men, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Strangers with Candy, Law & Order, Spin City and The Client.

Rush has appeared on Broadway in the shows The Sisters Rosenzweig, Hay Fever and Noises Off (for which received a Drama Desk Award and a Tony nomination). Among her additional New York and regional theater credits are roles in Tonight at 8:30; Arms and the Man; and Lips Together, Teeth Apart. Rush has appeared in several productions for New York's Shakespeare-in-the-Park and the Public Theatre: Two Gentlemen of Verona, A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Taming of the Shrew, The Misanthrope, Alice in Wonderland and Three Short Plays by Wallace Shawn.
