At age 18, Amber Benson has already amassed numerous film and television credits. She made her motion picture debut in Steven Soderbergh's much-praised King of the Hill, portraying the shy epileptic neighbor, and then appeared in The Crush, as Alicia Silverstone's sexy and daring buddy Cheyenne. She went on to work with Harvey Keitel in Imaginary Crimes and then appeared in SFW. Her television work includes the Jack Reed movies starring Brian Dennehy.

Born and reared in Birmingham, Alabama, Amber studied voice, acting and dance and appeared in numerous community theatre productions. She currently resides in Los Angeles with her mother and younger sister.

*Amber Benson appeared as Margaret, best friend to Fairuza Balk in Imaginary Crimes, 1994, with Harvey Keitel and Elisabeth Moss. Her character's name in King of the Hill was Ella, just for the record. In 1993-1995, she appeared in the TV movies Jack Reed: Badge of Honor, Jack Reed: A Search for Justice, and Jack Reed: One Of Our Own. She had various scenes in the 1998 movie Can't Hardly Wait as Stephanie, which were cut before the film was released, and also in 1998 appeared in the movie Deadtime as Patty. Benson can currently be seen regularly appearing on the WB's Buffy the Vampire Slayer starring Sarah Michelle Gellar as Tara, Willow (Alyson Hannigan)'s girlfriend.*
