Bronwen Hughes
Bronwen Hughes counts Forces of Nature as only her second motion picture directing credit. She made her feature film directorial debut on Harriet The Spy, based on the beloved children's book, starring Michelle Trachtenberg and Rosie O'Donnell.
She also directed the television documentaries Machu Picchu: The Search For Lost Worlds and Elvis: Airborne, a one-hour special on world champion Canadian figure skater Elvis Stojko. In addition, she helmed segments of the popular Comedy Central show Kids in the Hall.
Hughes began her directing career on commercials for such products as Toyota, Air Canada, Canon, Isuzu, McDonald's and Toshiba. She has also directed music videos for such artists as Aaron Neville, Amy Grant and Heart.
