Matt Gordon received two Gemini nominations in 2007 & 2008 for Best Ensemble Performance in a Comedy Program or Series for his role of Doc in Rent-A-Goalie for Showcase and another Gemini nomination in 2003 for Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Supporting Role in a Dramatic Series for his portrayal of ‘Murray Dan' in the series The Eleventh Hour for CTV.

Most recent film credits include George Hickenlooper's Casino Jack starring Kevin Spacey and Peter Stebbings' Defendor starring Woody Harrelson. Other film credits include Christian Charles' Nothing But the Truth for New Line and Cameron Kirkwood's Your Beautiful Cul de Sac Home as well as Mayday, Evel, Looking for Angelina, Shall We Dance and Saint Monica among others.

No stranger to television, Gordon recently wrapped the highly anticipated Rookie Blue premiering on ABC/Global this summer. Other Television credits include NBC's The Listener, CBS's Flashpoint as well as Murdoch Mysteries, The Line, The Summit, The Dresden Files and the mini-series Would Be Kings directed by David Wellington.
