Stephens' television work includes reccurring roles on Desperate Housewives and Saved. She has guest-starred on such shows as CSI, CSI: Miami, Moonlight, Las Vegas, Without a Trace, E-Ring and Angel. She also starred in the sitcom Men, Women and Dogs with Danny Pino.
Her most recent stage appearances have been in Christopher Kyle's play, Plunge, at the Meta Theatre, and Richard Nelson's Franny's Way at the Geffen Theater in Los Angeles.
Originally from Maine, Stephens moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career the day after graduating from high school. She currently splits her time between Los Angeles and New York with her husband, who is a writer.
