Marc Schölermann
Born in Hannover, Germany, Marc Schölermann studied filmmaking at the Filmakademie Ludwigsburg to study directing and in 1998 he was signed by German commercial production house Markenfilm for exclusive representation. Schölermann first gained notice as a music video director for the BMG Music Group and he worked his way up the ranks, serving as a second unit director on the James Bond film Tomorrow Never Dies and as a cinematographer on the German video title Scooter: Excell All Areas.
Schölermann has directed and written numerous short films such as Heimweg and Angst. He also directed and co-wrote the feature film Inner City Blues. Marc Schölermann's commercials have received numerous national and international awards and nominations including the Clio, Cannes Lions, Oneshow Pencil, Cresta Award, New York festivals and art director's club.
