Before SLOW BURN, which marks his directorial debut, Wayne Beach
finished writing TEN GOOD MEN, a new feature project. His filmed writing credits include MURDER AT 1600 and THE ART OF WAR, both starring Wesley Snipes
. Beach has also written screenplays for Warner Brothers, Twentieth Century Fox, Arnold Kopelson, Disney, TNT, Cinergi, Fox 2000 Pictures and Village Roadshow Pictures.
Beach also taught screenwriting at Northwestern University and served as president of the Independent Feature Project/Midwest. He studied film at Columbia College in Chicago. He lives in rural Maine and rarely goes to Los Angeles, preferring the quiet and solitude of the country in which to write.
