Sean Bailey
Bailey recently served as executive producer on the Emmy-nominated, 12-part HBO series, Project: Greenlight, an insightful, comprehensive look at the making of the Miramax film Stolen Summer, starring Aidan Quinn and Kevin Pollack. He was also co-creator and executive producer, with Ben Affleck, on the ABC series Push, Nevada.
Among Bailey's feature production credits are two films that debuted this year, The Emperor's Club, a drama starring Kevin Kline, and Jon Amiel's science fiction action thriller The Core, starring Aaron Eckhart and Hilary Swank. He recently wrapped filming on Speakeasy, the runner-up entry in his company's first Project: Greenlight screenplay competition.
Prior to founding LivePlanet, Bailey co-founded HorsePower Entertainment, where he produced the feature film Best Laid Plans (written by Matchstick Men screenwriter/producer Ted Griffin), starring Reese Witherspoon, and co-wrote the screenplay (again collaborating with Griffin) for Solace, currently in development at New Line Cinema with director Paul Verhoeven.
Earlier in his career, Bailey worked at Edelman Public Relations, where he arranged product placement deals and corporate sponsorships for Fortune 500 companies such as Kraft General Foods, Philip Morris, Harris Aerospace and the American Red Cross.
