Mick Molloy

Mick Molloy is one of Australia's best- known writer/comedians. As a member of The D-Generation he was an integral part of the highly successful television series of the same name in 1992/3. He was a writer/performer in the critically acclaimed comedy/variety programme The Late Show on ABC television in 1993/94 in which he directed many of his own segments. Between 1995 and 1998 he was one half of the Martin/Molloy, the highest rating Australian radio programme that was broadcast on 54 stations nationwide. In 1999 he wrote, directed presented and produced his own television show on GTV9 titled The Mick Molloy Show. Mick devised the live show Banging On which was a feature of the 2001 Melbourne International Comedy Festival. He has also directed and produced his first feature length documentary film Tackle Happy. Crackerjack is his first feature film.
