Anders W. Berthelsen
Berthelsen received international attention for his stellar performance as Kresten in the 1999 Dogme feature, MIFUNE, which received numerous nominations. The Danish star of stage and screen also received a best actor nomination for the film THE BODIL as well as Robert Awards in Denmark and the European Film Awards. That same year, he was also awarded the Reumert Prisen
for best supporting actor in a play. Since graduating from Copenhagen's National Theatre School in 1994, Berthelsen has split his talents among theater, film and television. His feature credits include DINOSAURS (he was the Danish voice dubbed for the character of Alladar in the Disney feature); the Dogme film ITALIAN FOR BEGINNERS, PIZZA KING and CAFÉ HECTOR. Berthelsen could recently be seen in Hans Fabian
Wullenweber's Demark film KLATRETOSEN.
His television credits include Stormfulde Hjerter, Denmark's Radio-TV series Taxa and the Swedish series Dolly & Dolly. Berthelsen's stage credits include Death of a Salesman for the Royal Danish Theatre, Maiden Der Bad Om Lov Til at Vaere Pa Jorden, Popcorn, Personkreds 3, Naboerne, Halen Der Logrede Med Hunden (Actor/Writer), The Beauty Queen of Leenane, John, Paul, George, Ringo and Bert, Peterodaktyler, A Christmas Carol and Godt Nytar.
