Coster's television appearances include a starring role on the ABC telefilm Rear Window, starring Christopher Reeve, Darryl Hannah and Robert Forster. In addition, he has guest starred on such series as Sex and the City, Third Watch, Law & Order, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Law & Order: Criminal Intent, and he had recurring roles on the daytime dramas As the World Turns and One Life To Live.
Hailing from England, Coster studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and has been seen on the British stage in such plays as Trilby & Svengali and Measure for Measure. He more recently appeared in the Broadway production of Wait Until Dark, as well as in the New York Shakespeare Festival presentation of Julius Caesar. His extensive stage repertoire also includes Dealer's Choice at the Manhattan Theatre Company and the Long Wharf Theatre; Betrayal with the Yale Repertory Theatre; the off-Broadway production of The Libertine; and the title role of Macbeth at Baltimore's Center Stage.
