Six-year-old Alec Roberts
recently made his feature film debut as the son of Catherine Zeta-Jones
in Steven Soderbergh
's acclaimed Traffic. In the same year, he landed the title role in The Elian Gonzales Story for the Fox Family Channel. Roberts also appeared in the theatrical production Robots Are Wonderful
at Cerritos College Theatre and has worked in commercials.
In addition to studying French for two years, the young Los Angeles native has a passion for hockey, soccer, board games, reading and music. Alec has been dancing for two years, and has been accepted in the pre-performance classes at Belinda Studios, where he'll perform in competitions across California for tap, jazz, acrobatics and hip-hop.
