Jonathan LaPaglia
His desire to pursue acting developed gradually, and he worked full time as a doctor during the day while studying acting at night. Ultimately, LaPaglia quit medicine and moved to New York, where he spent two years training at Circle in the Square Theater School. Soon after leaving the program, he landed a starring role in the television series New York Undercover. He also appeared in three seasons of the television series Seven Days in the leading role of Lt. Frank Parker.
LaPaglia's film credits include the features Deconstructing Harry, Astoria Fix, Origin of the Species, The Cure, Poison Berries and Rain and the short films Screening Frogs and Dog Tail. He also starred in the television film Inferno.
