Kohl Sudduth
In college, Sudduth was the guitarist and vocalist of Edison, a punk band playing throughout the Midwest. After graduating with a B.A. in English, he moved to New York City at 21 to pursue a professional acting career while honing his skills at the Red Room, an improv/sketch comedy theater, as well as other theaters in the city.
Sudduth made his film debut with the role of Christopher Walken's concubine in director John Turturro's Illuminata. Most recently on the big screen, he was seen in the teen comedy Road Trip, and starred as goateed, wannabe actor Slater opposite Eddie Murphy and Steve Martin in Bowfinger. He also appeared in Rounders with Edward Norton and Matt Damon; stars in Last Supper, a short film recently accepted into both the Los Angeles and New York independent film festivals; and will be seen in the upcoming independent film Table One.
On television, he guest-starred in Darren Star's Sex and the City as a twenty-something dating Kim Cattrall's Samantha. He will also be seen on television this fall in Masterpiece Theater's upcoming Cora Unashamed, a drama based on the Langston Hughes short story.
Sudduth currently plays bass in his brother Skipp's rock band Minus Ted. He enjoys rock climbing and playing basketball while dividing his time between New York, N.Y. and Los Angeles, Calif.
