Michael Lombardi

Originally coming from a musical background, Michael Lombardi was a student at The Drummers Collective in New York City when he was first introduced to acting. His career path led him to The William Esper Studio, where he studied the Sanford Meisner Technique. After graduating, he immersed himself in the art and honed his craft in New York City, regularly appearing in both independent films and theatre productions.

Most recently he starred in the independent feature film Cayman Went, the story of a fading action star whose life takes on new meaning when he is forced to spend time with the eccentric, endearing inhabitants of a tiny Caribbean Island.

In addition to Rescue Me, Lombardi's television credits include Six Degrees and The Job on ABC, NBC's Saturday Night Live, and the lead in the critically acclaimed behind-the-scenes improv documentary series Contest Searchlight on Comedy Central.
