Robert Sean Leonard

Robert Sean Leonard began his acting career at New York's Ridgewood Theater at the age of fourteen. Five years later he made his film debut in the Academy Award-winning DEAD POETS SOCIETY starring with Robin Williams and Ethan Hawke.

Leonard's stage credits include the Broadway productions of The Iceman Cometh starring Kevin Spacey, The Glass Menagerie, Tom Stoppard's Arcadia, Candida (for which he received a Tony Award nomination), The Speed of Darkness, Breaking the Code, Brighton Beach Memoirs and the recent revival of The Music Man. He also appeared in the West End production of Thornton Wilder's Our Town and won the 2001 Tony Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Play for his performance in Stoppard's The Invention of Love.

Among Leonard's additional film credits are LAST DAYS OF DISCO with Chloe Sevigny, MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING with Denzel Washington, Emma Thompson and Keanu Reeves, THE AGE OF INNOCENCE with Daniel Day-Lewis, Michelle Pfeiffer and Winona Ryder, SWING KIDS and MR. AND MRS. BRIDGE with Paul Newman. Leonard will also be seen starring in the upcoming CHELSEA, based on the play of the same title by Nichol Burdette and directed by Ethan Hawke for InDigEnt.
