Biography #2

Coming from a background in theatre, Gordon Currie started out in front of the camera playing small interesting roles in studio films like Joel Schumacher's Cousins, Herb Ross' My Blue Heaven and Frank Marshall's Alive. But he has since made a name for himself by starring in a number of indie films like Dog Park, Ripe, Blood n' Donuts, Listen and Laserhawk. Watch for him in Gary Burn's much anticipated new comedy, Way Downtown, and for the suspense film Falling Through, where he plays opposite Peter Weller and Roy Scheider.

Gordon is back on the silver screen in yet another chameleon role in the apocalyptic end times thriller Left Behind: the Movie based on The New York Times best selling book of the same name. In it, he plays the charismatic Romanian envoy, Nicolae Carpathia who, while appearing to fall into the web of two conspirators trying to corner the word's food supply, is actually playing a mastermind game of his own as the Antichrist.
