Kath Soucie

As one of the industry's leading voiceover performers, Kath Souciecan be heard in hundreds of different animated and commercial roles, most prominently in the Rugrats television series - as the voice of Phil, Lil and their mother, Betty - and such feature films as Space Jam and Disney's Beauty and the Beast.

Soucie began her career in New York as a theatrical actress before venturing into several feature roles in episodics and movies-of-the- week - before initiating a near-legendary career in voiceovers that has now spanned from film and television to many award- winning commercials and the interactive arena over the past 17 years.

No stranger to primetime, Soucie is a series voice regular on the animated God The Devil & Bob, Baby Blues and has guest starred as various voices on Gargoyles, Futurama and Duckman. Beyond Rugrats, Soucie's lengthy list of children's programming credits include voices for Walt Disney Television Animation series The Weekenders, Pepper Ann, 101 Dalmatians: The Series, Quack Pack and Disney's Mickey MouseWorks. She can also be heard in Dexter's Laboratory, Casper, Tiny Toon Adventures and Animaniacs.
