Leisha Hailey
Leisha Hailey is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York and has recently appeared on numerous television shows, including the hit series Grey's Anatomy and CBS's CSI. She also starred in the critically-acclaimed independent film All Over Me. Prior to her role in THE L WORD her focus was on music. As a member of The Murmurs, she recorded three albums for MCA/Universal records. Recently, she started her own record label Marfa Records, which release its first recording in 2006. During hiatus from THE L WORD, she executive produced a documentary about teenagers raised by gay parents, Raising Teens, which will air on MTV's True Life series and on Logo's Momentum documentary series.
