Ernest Borgnine
Ernest Borgnine is best known as the star of the television series, McHale's Navy, but also won the Oscar as Best Actor for Marty. Among his more than 100 movies are: From Here to Eternity, Bad Day at Black Rock, The Dirty Dozen, The Poseidon Adventure, McHale's Navy and most recently, Gattica. In addition to many mini-series, TV movies and guest appearances, Borgnine was a series regular on such shows as Airwolf and The Single Guy. On stage, his performances include Harvey on Broadway, The Odd Couple, and Hamlet.
