Coming off the success of the sci-fi hit STARSHIP TROOPERS, Meyer recently completed THE OUTPOST in which she plays the love interest of
Sylvester Stallone. Meyer recently began shooting the UPN, Sonnenfeld/Josephson produced television drama
Secret Agent Man alongside
Costas Mandylor. Last July, Meyer played a billionaire's daughter who marries private detective Phillip Marlow (
James Caan) in POODLE SPRINGS, directed by
Bob Rafelson (FIVE EASY PIECES). Meyer recently wrapped STRANGER THAN FICTION with
Todd Field and
Natasha Gregson Wagner. Meyer made her feature film debut opposite
Keanu Reeves in the futuristic actioner JOHNNY MNEMONIC. She then starred with
Sean Connery,
Dennis Quaid and
David Thewlis in DRAGONHEART. The physically rigorous training for both JOHNNY MNEMONIC and DRAGONHEART prepared Meyer for the challenges of playing a tough weapon-toting recruit in STARSHIP TROOPERS. Meyer's on-screen beauty was first captured in her sexy, two-timing professor on the hit television series
Beverly Hills 90210. She has also had guest starring roles on several other series including
Friends and
Ally McBeal. Born in Queens, New York, Meyer studied acting with Ron Stetson. She now resides in Los Angeles.
