Kenan Thompson

Kenan Thompson is a staple in the ever-widening circle of young comedians in Hollywood. A native of Atlanta, Thompson made his television debut as a cast member of Nickelodeon's all-kid sketch comedy series All That. He soon entered the creative realm by developing several characters for series such as Super Dude, Pierre Escargot, Ishboo, and teamed with Kel Mitchell to create the two elderly, hard-of-hearing pals Mavis and Clavis. The comedy duo proved so popular that in the fall of 1996 they debuted in their own sitcom Kenan and Kel, Nickelodeon's first spin-off series, and went on to star in the feature film Good Burger.

Thompson has recently appeared in the feature My Boss's Daughter starring Ashton Kutcher and Tara Reid, and can also be seen in Rocky & Bullwinkle starring Robert DeNiro, Jason Alexander and Rene Russo. Thompson starred as Russ Tyler in the film D-2 The Mighty Ducks and appeared in Heavy Weights with Ben Stiller.

Thompson's other television credits include guest appearances on Felicity, The Steve Harvey Show; Sister, Sister; The Parkers and Sabrina the Teenage Witch. Thompson also reported for CNN's Real News for Kids, co-hosted the ABC special Night Crawlers and toured cities throughout the United States with Nickelodeon's All That Music & More.

Thompson will next be seen in the feature film Barbershop 2 alongside Ice Cube, to be released in 2004. He is also currently a feature player in the cast of Saturday Night Live.
