Arie Verveen
Arie Verveen's work as an actor has garnered him an Independent Spirit Award nomination for Best Debut Performance, as well as a Golden Satellite Award for Outstanding New Talent, both for his feature debut in Robert M. Young's independent film Caught, which stars Edward James Olmos and Maria Conchita Alonso. Verveen portrays a young drifter who is taken in by a married couple (Olmos and Alonso), forms a unique bond with Olmos and becomes entangled in a lustful affair with Alonso.
