| by Richard I recently rewatched a biography of Tom Selleck and this always brings up the similarities between Tom Selleck and James Garner, I would have loved to see Tom play Maverick instead of the horrible job done by Mel Gibson. At the end of the biography Tom mentioned about making a movie about Magnum wouldn't it be great if this was somehow fused with Rockford and Jame Garner. Just a thought. Comment on this... |

| by Vijaya Hi Tom, I am from Malaysia, I just love to see you acting in Magnum PI, compared to other detective stories where the hero goes and bash up crooks and come out with a scratch. But in your case its so natural, you always get beaten up, your Ferrari get damaged, you behave so naturally by sleeping till late morning until the two droberman barks on both your ears and I like your rubber chicken. | by Joan Caldwell Great Actor not given his dues for his work in films. Why doesn't he come back to T.V. & maybe do stories based on True stories from history , to crime, famous people ect. He would be great. We miss seeing him. This man needs to be seen at least one hour a week. We need something to look forward to instead of the junk they put on. Garbage to say the least!!!!!! | by monica leal I love tom selleck, he is wonderful. Nobody can play Magnum, only him. I am brazilian and I only could buy e see Magnum p.i. the first season, two months ago, because things happen so slow in my Country.
