Lynda Boyd's character in "Final Destination 2" is Nora Carpenter, the mother of Tim Carpenter (James Kirk). Her caused of death was pretty nasty. The man with the hooks (John R. Taylor). One of the hooks grabs Nora by her pony tail, the elevators crushes her head, the elevator moves, Clear Rivers (Ali Larter) and Kat Jennings (Keegan Connor Tracy) try to pull her out, but the elevator decipates her.
