I think Billy is an incredible actor.He has been acting for a very long time. He is always working, he is very talented. I have been a huge fan of his since I saw him in a small part he played as Joel in the movie "Dream alittle Dream". I was hooked on every movie he was in there after. That was back in 1989 I was 12 years old, I finally met him 2 nights ago at a Manhattan Lounge party thrown on his behalf for his East Coast return and starring role in "Law and Order". I walked up to him like idot and grabbed his hand to say hi (he must of thought I was crazy). He was nice, and so beautiful and after 13 years I was able to finally meet him. It was so exciting!! Smile
