| by Michael Stefan Rupert Graves has got to be the gretest actor of this time. I saw "Maurice" in 1987 and never knew who what actor played Alec Scudder until 3 months ago when I saw the new edition. Now I have rented or purchased every single thing Rupert Graves has done and found him to be the greatest actor of my time. He has such guts!!! Going all the way back to taking the role of Alec Scudder in 1987 at 24 years old. He is such an open man and as he said he saw"Maurice as a beautiful love story, not gay, not straight. He is such a fantastic versatile actor. It's amazing the so many different roles he has acted from the absolute adoring Alec Scudder to the whining, little Mommy's boy terp Beaver in "A Handful of Dust". In "Where Angels Fear to Trend" I so wanted Gino Carella to kill his character when Gino finds his baby is dead. It was wonderful to see him interviewed in the new edition of "Maurice". I have never had such strong varying emotions stirred by any actor as Rupert Graves Comment on this... |

| by martin If you think you don't know who he is, you probably do! Those who have seen "Maurice" will know immediately. The man is a supernb actor, and when I found out just HOW many movies, how much TV, and how many stage productions he's been in, I was amazed! Check him out - he has an official website which is just great too. http://www.rupert-graves.com Best to all, martin. Comment on this... |
