First of all, where is her picture?

As I watch older movies more and more, I began to take a closer look at the wonderful supporting actors/actresses. If not for them, the action would be dull indeed.
I don't think they get their full share of praise, and are so very necessary to the plot.
Thelma Ritter was just such an actress; her comic timing was impeccable, and she could move right into drama if need be.
I think too much credit goes to the stars; more should go to the others we look forward to seeing; I think seeing their familar faces is comforting in this fast paced world.
