by Shabbir Ismail It was only by accident that I happend to watch one of her movies on TV last night. What can I say.... siiigh... I think I am in love. Just head over heels in love with this actress. She has got a fabulous style, panache if you will, effortlessly marvellous acting talent and oh my god, she is just so irresistably beautiful!! I have just become a fan of hers and ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE. Someone used the phrase "age of innocence"? spot on - that is exactly what she comes across as. Innocent and perfect!! Rebecca - I hope you are reading this - Gosh, I'm smitten!! Comment on this...

by Peter Dunn She is a rare pleasure to watch. Without great physical beauty she holds the stage, and its hard to take your eyes off her. She projects an iron spine and intellegence and she has a way of talking that you can only get from British stage acting training. I will see any movie that she's in if only because she's in it. I was wondering if Matthew Pidgeon (who played the title role in The Winslow Boy) is her brother -- another fine actor. Comment on this...

by tattoo Her acting ability is minimal. Her singing is just over the line from being amateurish and if it were not for her husband, Mamet, she would be nothing more than another no-name actress/singer. Comment on this...

| by M. Cramer Last night I couldn't sleep, so I flipped on the TV and found that 3 of Ms. Pidgeon's movies were on simultaneously - "The Spanish Prisoner", "The Heist", and the extremely witty "State & Main". My cable company is cruel because I couldn't watch them all at once!!! Coincidently, all 3 are David Mamet movies. Pls don't think me a gossip-monger, but are Ms. Pidgeon and Mr. Mamet a couple? I'm asking because all of the films I've seen her in happen to be Mamet films. Of course, the same goes for the talented actor, Ricky Jay! Thank you, Ms. Pidgeon for being a fantastic actress and providing me with many hours of intrigue and entertainment. You are to blame for my watching your movies over and over and over again (although watching Campbell Scott in "Sp Pris" is certainly easy on the eyes!). Comment on this... | ||||

by Bridgette Marzett Forgive me. I am unable to add any comments on the movie now in question, but wanted to find a way to say that after seeing Ms. Pidgeon very recently in THE HEIST, I would and could watch her in any and all movies that she would be a part of! She surely impressed me with her acting skills in THE HEIST! I had never seen her perform before and she was very convincing to me. Both she and Delroy Lindo. Thank you Ms. Pidgeon for your ability to show what and how great acting can be done! Comment on this...
