| by TM Not since Andy Kaufman have we seen a gag like that? Hoo-hoo...what a Pi$$er! That Kramer, what a card. And that Dave visit with Seinfeld? Even better! "I'm just sick over this..." Who-hoo...! It got even better. These guys should be given the Academy Award. They got my vote. The black guys were in on it too! They acted great in their roles. Sa-lute! Comment on this... |

| by Chris that none of the people in here are even black. ni***= a word that has been used since the 1600's to make blacks feel like they were less of people. SLAVERY LASTED FOR A HUNDREDS OF YEARS! people think that blacks dont have any feel from slavery but we do. We still have the scars, we dont have any history, if the way this N word works has to do with us saying it to one another so be it, but if anyone says that we used to hang from a tree...that we're nig***s..thats crazy. its jus the white perspective thats been seeming a lil butthurt because a lot of inner feelings are being exposed. | by Strat I think its stupid how biased and selective this society has become. Michael Richards made a mistake, one for which he sad he was sorry for...Granted calling a person the "n" is wrong regardless whether or not you are angry or not, but the man has apologized. What about all the more famous black comedians i.e. Chappelle, Chris Tucker who routinely go up on stage and stereotype and degrade whites with their "Honky This" and "Cracka That", do they have to apologize? Hell no. Maybe if the media wasn't a bunch of selective chicken s%*$s, we could concentrate on more meaningful events happening around the world Comment on this... |

| by Gary Those in the audience of the Laugh Factory vented their anger first instead of showing respect for the performer. They are the ones clearly with problems. Most of us are decent enough to just leave if a show is not what we like. Richards has brought laughter to many lives and made our lives so much better. Doesn't it make sense to give some room to someone who has done so much for others? Comment on this... |

| by International Man Only in the USA is there this obsession with the black race--as I have lived in Brasil & now live in Venezuela [born in USA] I see the big difference between the USA blacks & South America blacks--I saw on USA C-span that 70% of USA black children are illegitimate--while in South America the black girls get married before they have a baby--in USA you may degrade white people or Christians--but not anyone else---in South America the black brown & white get along very well & do not obsess on things that happened many many years ago--people in South America look to the future--not crying over the past--When the USA becomes a Latino nation--this will be better for the USA--as USA white girls no longer value family life with men as head of the family & stay in the house with the children--population demographics do not lie--white girls are not having enough babys to keep USA white majority---so the Latino macho culture will dominate USA--with men as head of the family--wife getting married & having the babys--no big obsession with race--& USA feminists buried by machos---no way you can stop it--so just laugh at life---don't obsess about your skin--just look to the future with a smile as the latino people do--[brasil also] you will live longer--more happily--& even find some great music-- & maybe the bull fights!! Michael Richards is just a rich actor--nothing else. Comment on this... |

| by Bobby Middleton Cracker is ok ,as initial comments or rebutle.Yea right As for the n word .What we need is to come up with new word for people of all races. It would stand for disrespectful, jealous, theving, sneaky, all together bad person.Never Happen because this word that is so powerful is used all the time everywhere. My opinion is that black people say it for a reason now its cause they can, but initially it was to counter being called one.To lesson the effect, but I dont think that worked. To bad because its caused more hurt than laughter. Its not funny to me and I dont think it makes a black comedian funnier to use it.Kramer will ponder his actions and I'm sure he will be forgiven if only he asked.peace be with you Comment on this... |

| by GATOR This Laugh Factory story (Nov 2006) is a crock of crap. Richards should Stand Proud and NOT apologize for anything. His "black" comedian colleagues use the "N" and "F" words routinely in their dialog and we never hear of ANY public outcry. We hear Hispanic comedians refer to Mexicans as "Beaners" or "Wetbacks" and that NEVER appears on the evening news. Everyone seems to be so afraid of being labeled a racist. I'm afraid we've lost sight of the real truth. When a group of hecklers are disrespectful to an entertainer, and then are called for who they truly are and how they're behaving, they can only open up their "race card" wallet and "whine, cry, and moan". If the hecklers had been Asian, Native American, Anglo Red-Neck, Hispanic, Muslim, or whatever other ethnicity, and Richards had responded in the same manner, I strongly question whether this would have been considered BIG NEWS. In reality this story should be the LEAST of this troubled nation's concerns. HATS OFF TO YOU MR. RICHARDS!! GET A LIFE MEDIA and report truly newsworthy stories...if you can????? | by Paul Ryan I met Michael Richards in London last year twice when he was doing a stage version of Arsenic and Old Lace. Thr first time was after the show's second night and he was a real gentleman. The second time was 4 weeks later and he refused to sign a poster that I had bought saying he didn't sign Seinfeld items anymore, that he had moved on. Well seems like he has moved back again with the DVDs coming out... Celebrities huh... Comment on this... |
