Leigh Taylor-Young is an American actress, best known for her roles in Peyton Place, Dallas, Picket Fences and Passions. She also starred as the so-called furniture, Shirl, in the cult film Soylent Green (1973).
She has made guest appearances in Hart to Hart, Beverly Hills, 90210 and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. Currently Young plays the role of Katherine Barrett Crane on the NBC soap opera Passions, alongside fellow soap opera vetrens as John Riley, Andrea Evans, and Sharon Wyatt.
