Kate Williamson has appeared in several features including The Hi-Lo Country, Touch, The Last Time I Committed Suicide, Disclosure, Dahmer, Bye Bye Love Love, Zadar, Racing With The Moon. Her numerous television appearances include Jag, Never Say Never, Profiler, Home Improvement, Nothing Sacred, Michael Hayes, Paper Angels and as the opinionated teacher Mrs. Rodgers in Ellen's wacky book club.

Williamson has also been active in the theatre through her performances for South Coast Repertory, LaJolla Playhouse, San Jose Rep, Arizona Theatre Company, L.A. TheatreWorks, Ensemble Studio Theatre L.A. and the Victory Theatre. She received a dramalogue award for her performance in Pinter's The Birthday Party. In addition, Kate and her husband actor Al Ruscio have developed an approach to the training of animators to help them strive for more natural characterizations. Among the films that they've been involved with most recently are Treasure Planet, Lilo and Stitch and Mulan.
