Jon Seda Biography (2)
Always active in sports, Seda became a Golden Gloves amateur boxer after high school, winning more than 20 bouts, including five in the 1990 New Jersey Golden Gloves competition. Presently, he sponsors an adult flag football team, which won the 1997 New Jersey State Championship in their league, area youth basketball and softball teams. Seda also spends his spare time working with young people, visiting schools and youth organizations in New Jersey, Baltimore and New York.
Since childhood, Seda has fostered a love for music. Today he plays the piano and drums and writes his own lyrics.
Seda's other credits for the screen include, Dear God, Primal Fear, 12 Monkeys, Carlito's Way, Boys on the Side, and for television, NYPD Blue and HBO's Oz. He was recently seen in the NBC telefilm reuniting the Homicide cast, and will next be seen in A&E's Thin Air.
