Heather Matarazzo first came to the attention of filmgoers with her role of Dawn Weiner, in the award-winning Welcome to the Dollhouse. She garnered an Independent Spirit Award for her performance of this down-on-her-luck seventh-grader whose life seems to be falling apart. She has since been seen in such blockbuster and independent films as The Devil's Advocate, The Deli, 54, All I Wanna Do, Getting to Know You, Cherry Moon, Scream 3, Company Man, Sorority Boys, and The Pink House.

In The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement, Heather re-creates her role from the original The Princess Diaries, as Lilly Moscovitz, Princess Mia's usually quirky, but always loyal, best-friend. Matarazzo can also be seen in theatres this summer opposite Mandy Moore in the MGM release Saved!, as well as in the upcoming independent feature Home of Phobia.

Heather's television credits include guest lead roles on Strangers With Candy, Law & Order, and Now and Again. She also had a recurring role on the hit television series Roseanne.
