Angela Goethals
She has worked steadily since then and received an Obie Award and a Drama Desk nomination for her role as Edna in The Good Times Are Killing Me. Goethals also starred in the series Phenom produced by James Brooks and has appeared on Max Bickford, Madigan Men and The Tracey Ullman Show.
On the big screen, Goethals is best remembered for her role in Jerry Maguire as Kathy Sanders, the client of Jerry's who fakes her tears when he calls to inform her of his departure from the agency. She has also played the big sister to Macaulay Culkin twice, first in Rocket Gibraltar and then in Home Alone. Goethals was also seen in Changing Lanes, Storytelling directed by Todd Solondz and in V.I. Warshawski. She is currently filming the comedy Chicken Club as a college senior lobbying to major in human sexuality.
A graduate of Vassar College with a degree in French and the great, great granddaughter to the chief engineer of the Panama Canal, Goethals recently relocated to Los Angeles.
