Amanda Foreman Biography (2)
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Calif., Foreman grew up in a show business family and always wanted to be an actress. Her late father, John Foreman, produced the feature films Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, The Man Who Would Be King and Prizzi's Honor; her mother is actress Linda Lawson. She performed in plays throughout high school and landed her first agent at a local talent showcase.
This past summer, she completed production on the independent Vietnam War drama Rockets Red Glare. Additional feature film roles include Sliver with Sharon Stone and Forever Young with Mel Gibson.
On television, she appeared in the HBO original movie Breast Men with David Schwimmer, and Showtime's The Gift, directed by Laura Dern. She has guest-starred on drama series including Relativity, Nash Bridges and To Have and To Hold.
