I've been a huge Denis Leary fan since 1993 and never missed a thing he's done. I have one giant observation -- he's absolutely wonderful in dramatic performances. I think most people don't recognize this and don't realize the breadth of his talent. Of course he's hilarious and a very bad, bad boy! But I find a poignant side to his serious performances that is rare and underestimated. He seems to be very patient in waiting for these roles to come up -- more patient than I am. But I trust he knows how to pick and choose at this point, from what I can tell.....just needed to get that off my chest. Now if I could just get his autograph...........and now I REALLY need a cigarette!
