by J.D.Watkins A great American Patorit. A great actor(Red River, Quit Man, Searchers) Anyone that would argue with this would have to be an idot or never saw these movies. Comment on this...

by Twilight Hello I am a UK memorabilia collector and was fortunate to come across some original cinema film reels from Stagecoach and Green Berets. I have had these cut as there was damage rendering them unwatchable. These cuts have then been mounted to make very beautiful presentations accompanied by an image of an advertising poster from the film. The presentations are 10 x 8 inches and are mounted front and back with a viewing panel for the cell strip of four from the film. I am selling them at £7.99 including postage and packing to any where in the world please email for details or see the presentations on my ebay site senocular6 Comment on this...

by Ron I think the Duke was as American as you can get. I know he didn't serve at the front in world 11 but he did as all the other americans did with his support for our nations troops. I also know that he did try to inlist but was tured down. While in washington D.C. back in the past summer i went to naval museum and the first picture i seen was one of the Duke hanging there for all to see. I am one American who is very proud to have never met but learn to admire this man . Thanks Duke for your unwavering support for us who did serve this great nation...God Bless Comment on this...

by John Without question, John Wayne is the all-time greatest movie star. His unique talents were displayed best by master director John Ford in "The Searchers" and "The Quiet Man". I think "Red River" would have been even better had it not ended happily with Wayne and Clift smiling on the ground, having just tried to kill each other. But still, not every picture can be as perfect as "The Searchers". Comment on this...
