Dear Mr Lewis:

To begin with, may I say how much I admire and respect you; first, for your enormous contributions to MDA and to the children. For every year, you so faithfully gave of yourself to these children and their families. I salute you, Sir!

Secondly, I just want to say "hang in there". My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, and all your MDA children.
