George Wendt
George Wendt is best known for his long-running role as bar fixture Norm Cheers for which he earned six Emmy nominations. His film credits include Forever Young, Guilty By Suspicion, Retch, Gung Ho and most recently Rupert's Land with Samuel West. He also starred in the Hallmark Hall of Fame presentation of Alice in Wonderland.
On stage, Wendt appeared in the critically acclaimed production of David Mamet's Lakeboat directed by Joe Mantegna and is winning further accolades starring in Yasmina Reza's award-winning play Art currently on Broadway.
Wendt began his career with The Second City, Chicago's famed improvisational company and went on to perform in television, stage and film.
