I once videod from tv a comedy film where the main character was Bulldog Drummond and Billy Connolly played a blind musician. One other character was played by 'seymour' from Last of the Summer Wine. Does anyone know the name of this film?

Absolutely LOVE this guy! He's HILARIOUS! He can make me laugh till the cows come home. Such a genuinely warm guy with no affectations. His success has not gone to his head and he remains true to himself and his roots. I would love to meet him and have a right good giggle. LOVE every programme and film that he makes. Never miss an episode of Parkinson when he's on. The man just makes the show. Power to ya Billy! Rock on!!

I dont know where Billy's next performances are, but if you didnt know, he is currently in New Plymouth, NZ, filming "The Last Samurai"
with Tom Cruise. They are there for another 3-4 weeks.
Is is bloody amazing to see him just walking around town, going to the local rugby games etc etc just like any other local!!
He is extremely approachable and is one of the worlds genuine lovely people, as well as being the funniest comedian ever!!!
