| by Poetry I wake beside the wide blue waters which suffer me to drink them in and sweat out bird song and mirrored clouds. ************************* Lakes like chips of ice scattered across the face of the city. Each a shattered mirror piece of an open sky. Kayakers slipping past the shore into the morning calm. As the sun struggles to rise the peace is broken the wind rises and the water's calm belongs to past. A thousand wavelets break the mirror into ever tinier pieces until at last there is no more reflection. But the morning breeze brings cool relief after the sticky heat of a tropical summer. | by Nancy I always dream want to meet Oprah show but I do not have any money for it to fly go see her and talk to her about how to get in Playboy as I always dream to be in Playboy magzine. I am 47 yrs old and is deaf, was born that way. Oprah is the one of my favorite fan! I do not know how or get in touch with and would like to surprise me on day from her. I live in very little one bed room small apt alone and have a son who will be 18 and is serior yrs this year and he lives with his father. So I am dreaming that one day Oprah will help me to be in playboy magzine to see if I felt good and for my age and want to be the first deaf lady who will be in playboy magzine .... That is my dream ... I am hoping she will help me someday to surprise me. Comment on this... |

So, I signed up to do a bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles. And although many a people laughed, I completed the 7 day, 585 mile, journey. And although many a people laughed, I completed a solo bicycle tour in France. This tour covered Troyes, Chanttillon, Dijon, Dole, Besancon, Nimes, Montpellier, Beziers, Carcassonne, Toulouse, Montauban, Cahor, Brive, and Limoges, France. In the year 2000, I enrolled in a 2yr. Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Program at the Iyengar Yoga Institue of San Francisco. And although many a people laughed, I completed the two years of training.
