Julian Sands
Julian Sands continues his association with Mike Figgis having previously starred in The Loss of Sexual Innocence, One Night Stand, Leaving Las Vegas and The Browning Version. Sands has starred in some of the screen's most memorable and controversial films, among them James Ivory's classic A Room With A View, the horror tale Warlock, David Cronenberg's Naked Lunch and Jennifer Lynch's daring Boxing Helena.
Classically trained, Sands began his professional career with the Forum Theatre Company. He made his feature film debut in Derek Jarman's Broken English, followed by Privates on Parade. Sands then came to international attention with an unforgettable performance in Roland Joffe's Academy Award-winning drama The Killing Fields.
