I got a chance to watch the trailer at www.vladthemovie.com while interning at Universal. It looks really good, I'm going to rent it this weekend. | by Mikhail Borun I watched Red Eye yesterday and could not stop myself from expressing all dirty words which I know in English and in Russian. Cheap movie, the story, “sucking from the finger”, based on sick imagination and worst Hollywood cliché. Couple good actors – that’s it. But how Carl Ellsworth and Wes Craven could dare to make terrorists from the boat, launching the missile into American Government Guy, to speak in clear Russian language???!!! Not the Arabic, neither Korean nor Farsi. Please, remind those film stampers – the era of Cold War was over 15 years ago. We have common enemies now, and this movie going in the theatres 10 day before Russian President Putin coming to USA talk to President George W. Bush about joint fighting against international terrorism, when 3 Russian cargo planes are ready to fly to New Orleans area with humanitarian help. Shame on such kind of movie makers Comment on this... |

| by sheba I prey that somehow this reaches Wes Craven. I have seen most of your movies and upon seeing them at different points of my life , they have been lifelines. The fears that you touch on and probe into have been my reality for a long time. The Nightmare movies are my favorite but i recently saw THEY. The creatures in your movie are so real to me, the reality of the theme of it sometimes unbearable. Your films, for me, have been a way of boxing my fears at times, and being able to look at them in a way I would never have the courage to otherwise. I dont Know if you will ever get this but your web page is always down. I felt compelled to write you and let you know you have a friend that has been to the darkest places , and is very week but is still fighting. I see you as a crusader in the fight aginst all the perversion that childhood can be. Much Love Comment on this... |
