| by Bellamy Are y'all for real? I'm a dude. I seen Larenz in movies. Dude really is a good actor. But, was up with yall callin dude fine? Break it down for me. He basically played a soft, short dude in Love Jones. I'm 6'5". Are y'all really saying you would take him over a Shamar Moore, 50 cent or That bald headed Boris dude (from brown sugar)? And what about y'all lady fans that have height on him? I think y'all caught up on his skill as an actor and his fame. If he was just a DUDE ON THE STREET y'all wouldn't give him no play. Him or Nas. | by Angela I would like to say that Larenz Tate is a great actor. I have watched his career take off from his first small role. He did his thing in Menace to Society, go O'dawg... He is soo sexy with his perfect white teeth! Yes, I love a clean cut with nice teeth brother. My biggest wish is to meet him one day, but I doubt that. | by LaTisha Clavelle Yes Larenz Tate is very cute and sexy, but he's so much more. He is an exceptional actor and he doesn't get the recognition he so greatly deserves. I'm a high school Social Studies teacher, so in my effort to showcase Larenz as the great and versatile actor that he is, he was featured among the African Americans my classes studied and reported on during Black History Month. Of course, I saved the best for myself. I've seen all of his movies, but I fell in love with "Love Jones", I watch it al least once a week. God blesses me daily, but maybe one day He'll go all out and allow me to meet you. Keep up the awesome work, and I pray God brings bigger and better opportunities to your door. Comment on this... |

| by Patricia Blackman Hi, Ever since I saw Larenz in The Inkwell I have been a fan of his and have followed his career. I think he is the epithamy of a down-to-earth black man. However, I am truly disappointed in his agent, who doesn't seem to have noticed that there is not one single absolutely flattering photograph of him anywhere, and I have looked and looked and looked. It seems to me that Larenz is not getting enough air play as he deserves. His agent should be trying to get him in all these great movies that have been quietly springing up lately. He is a talented actor and someone needs to do a better job at marketing him. If not, I will take the job. I love you Larenz. I know that I will never be that lucky to ever meet, but in the next life time, I will make sure that we become friends.
