My favorite movie is the Blue Dahlia. Just so happens one of my favorite leading men played opposite her in this movie. Alan Ladd. Both great actors both gone way before their time. I have read 2 books. have seen her movies. she had more talent than she realized. perhaps she believed there was nothing beyond her looks. based on her childhood experiences, she could hardly be better. An absolute beauty. a Goddess. by some of her quotes, i believe she had a low opinion of herself. after her youth faded,they did'nt want her anymore. a real shame. I did see a picture of Veronica at the site of her star on the walk of fame. it was in a book. I dont see the picture in circulation. Comment on this... |
