| by richard I have met her personally .. the disdainfully look and behavior when asked for a simple autograph .. was disgusting .. just saw a clip of her on the view ... I am sick of her arrogance and the n word and all of the black popular culture .. the "I am so proud to be a gangsta .." an entire generation of semieducated , poor speaking americans is totally lost .. their music seems like bunch of 3rd graders trying to string a couple of phrases together with a digital drum track ... listen to her speak on the view .. what ever happened to english ??? | by rl procter Couldn't someone with Whoopi's clout get the Academy to replace Hattie McDaniel's lost Oscar? Seems a shame the first Black woman to win an Oscar has been lost and They won't replace it. Comment on this... | ||||

by americanprincess I loved your preformance in your one woman show "The Spook Show" and I've been searching for it in some kind of print form but I'm having a horrible time. If there is anyway you or someone could help me get it that would be a great contribution. Thank You, Kristina Comment on this...

by qlicious I too HAD BEEN a fan and admirer of Whoopi Goldberg for many years until yesterday when I heard and read her comments regarding Michael Vick. Everyone should watch and listen to what she said if you can find the video. Here's a link to her comments. http://www.reuters.com/article/domesticNews/idUSN0444500720070905 Though she didn't defend Vick's actions, she did however make some very ignorant and shameful comments. As a black man, a human being and a consumer, I am disgusted with her and will permanently remove her from the list of people that I respect. I also will never financially endorse anything she's involved with; unless it's for charity. Comment on this...

by Sandie Wade Hi Whoppie. Saw you on the view the other day and you were as cool as a cat! I'm a black widowed sista and I'm on summer layoff, Grill chef you know and I 'm trying to fill my summer with funny and wonderful things. With all the trouble in the land I know we both like a good laugh. Don't care what the critics say, it's all gravy, baby! I'm from Connecticut all my life but that's not stoppin me, no sir(e). Life is but a dream. I have five children and three grand and two of the grand were born a month apart last year and they're parent's are both born in the month of March. Anyway, I tell my grown kids I want to learn how to go fishin. I love to cook and they love to eat. I want to live along side the Connecticut River in Haddam, and pretend I'm one of the first settlers. My kids swear theyr'e are gonna put me in a nursing home but I told them, I'm gonna live off one of them. Hope you get this message. Keep your chin up and make that money sista'. Comment on this...

by linda ham I have always wanted to thank Whoopi for the joy she gave my mother. Mom was an old fashioned Italian lady with only a fifth grade education, but somehow she "got" Whoopi. She liked her movies, her specials and for an uneducated woman. she made it a point to read all of the Color Purple which was a difficult read. I can't pass Ghost or Sister Act on tv without watching and thinking of my mother. YOU may never read this Whoopi but I hope you realize how your humor has enriched so many lives. I love your view on politics, I respect you but mostly I thank you for bringing light into a little, sick old lady's life. Comment on this...
