Doug Ellin

Doug Ellin began his career in the mailroom of New Line Cinema, intent on becoming a stand-up comedian. An opportunity arose for him to direct the short film, The Pitch, starring David Schwimmer, which was partially funded by Michael DeLuca, and went on to air on Showtime.

Ellin also directed the short film The Waiter, starring David Schwimmer and John Cryer, as well as Phat Beach which was released last.
