Gosling is perhaps best known for his work as the young Hercules on the action adventure series Young Hercules, on Fox Kids Network. He portrayed Josh, the lead role in the pilot The Unbelievables, based on the adventures of the Fantastic Four for creator/writer/producer Ed Solomon. His syndicated series, Breaker High in which he played Sean, still airs around the country.
His many television credits include a recurring role on the hit Canadian series Avonlea, for which he was nominated for a Gemini Award for Best Guest Star Performance. Other appearances include The Adventures of Shirley Holmes, Goosebumps, Are You Afraid of the Dark? and Flash Forward.
Born in London, Ontario, Canada, Gosling sang and danced in talent shows before landing his first audition for The Mickey Mouse Club when he was just 12 years old. He beat out 17,000 other kids and moved to Orlando, Florida, where for the next two years starred on the popular show alongside today's well-known performers Keri Russell, Britney Spears and the young men of ‘N Sync.
