| by Norl I have seen the Mummy movies and Van Helsing and I like the movie plots. To know that Mr Sommers wrote and directed them showed that he has a flair for creative storytelling along with incorporating good special effects. I wish he could make a movie which is a cross between X-Men and Nightbreed that would bring out the supernatural theme like in Van Helsing with an execllent plot. Comment on this... |

I'm writing it and i was hoping it could be made into a movie. but if this doesn't reac Mr.Sommers i beg you to get this to him as quickly as you can. here's the plot. A russian 16 year old orphan is left alone eccept for four ghost that visit his home on and off. the boy's name is dalte'on runomov' but is cald dalton by his friend and he's a saint thats were van helsing comes in he has to prevent a vampire from drinking daltons blood and becoming ruler over the earth. please email me if this interest you at all i will willlingly give you any imformation you want and if i could haev your phone number that would be helpful thank you Comment on this... |

| by Jessi I have no idea if this will ever, ever reach Mr.Sommers himself, but here it goes. I'm a huge fan of The Mummy movies (probably much more then is concidered mentaly healthy), and yet, the thought of a third added to the mix scares me. There is a huge, huge risk of truely over-doing it. Imhotep was abandoned by Anck-Su-Namun, his purprouse is over with. And face it, The Mummy wouldn't BE The Mummy if it didn't have Imhotep. But me, and many other very devoted Mummy fans, have come up with an idea. The past lives of all the characters. It was completely set up in The Mummy Returns, so why not? Rick could be a Med-Jai, Evelyn the princess (which would make Jonathan a prince), and of course Ardeth would be in there somewhere. Maybe forbidden to love each other yet they do anyway. And Imhotep and Anck could be incorperated in their little forbidden love thing too. With the right idea this could be a very, very good movie. Or it could ruin the whole thing. Comment on this... |

| by Wilner Bolden III Mr. Sommers, I really enjoy watching your movies the The Mummy and Returns. I have a suggestion for a new movie. Instead of a powerful male mummy have a powerful female movie. I think that movie should be Cleopatra. She wants to reclaim her throne in Eygpt and attempts to use the book of the dead to bring back the spirit of Caesar so that they can conquer the world as before. They are stopped by the the protagonist who uses the book also to bring Mark Anthony back with a jealous heart. I know this may sound crazy but I like this movie. If not her maybe Ramsey who enslaved the Jews. Think about it and let me know how you feel about this. Comment on this... |

| by Tayce I think that Vosloo should have a role as a good character in any upcoming movie sommers is planning. It takes good acting to play so many antagonists, so why not give him the role of the good guy and see how he does. Maybe you could even give him the role of a main character.
